Miasms
Question: Dear Dr. Luc, My question is about miasms and the need for free
expression. I am trying to specifically understand how the use of
pharmaceutical products, even in the past, can affect cure: How do
antibacterials, antifungals, etc., which are indeed suppressive in their
mechanisms affect the free expression of psora? Is the free expression of
psora imperative for clear symptom picture? Going from there, how about the
environment? Say, if a child goes to school and comes home tired and
out-of-sync, how much of a role will that play in healing or free
expression, especially if the spirit of the child is being deflated for
about half a day? Thank you very much. Smita
Answer: Excellent question! Indeed a miasmnatic state is much bigger than the
isolated local disease. It is the suppression through allopathic means but
even through inadequate homeopathic care that will create a miasmatic state,
complicating the natural disease. And of course we all have inherited already
the dominant miasms from our forefathers, so the question is also how much
further do we complicate as you say our hereditary soil through suppressive
treatment of the miasmatic expressions. The Vital Force always tries to do
the right thing by establishing a relief route (discharge, rash, joint pains)
in order for the patient NOT to suppress this local ailment but trying to
understand that this relief route is part of a larger internal disease that
needs to be treated. Local suppression is obliterating this relief and
stirring up the internal disease, which will look for another outlet and
unfortunately such outlet will in turn be suppressed again. We are working
against Nature, not with Nature as Homeopathy does. Is is not that the free
expression of the miasm becomes impossible but certainl;y other expressions
like side effects of meds are added to the picture changing the presenting
disease picture. The other ewxample of the child in school: one must of
course investigate what the causality is of coming back defeated. Was it
being bullied? Was it being lost because of inability to focus? It could be
as simple as hearing loss. Or shyness. Or total lack of confidence? And so
many other reasons. Certainly these expressions will be narrowly linked to
the dominant miasmatic expression in that child and his family.
Warm regards
Dr luc
