What to Expect From Homeopathic Treatment in the ASD Treatment
Question: I ask this, because many share, confused, that they begin homeopathic How disappointing if their child does not experience the same. Many are

treatment with expectations made very high by the homeopathic cure books,
like "Impossible Cure". In that book, the child appears to progress by
leaps and bounds after each dose of the rx! The cure seems quick and simple.
left feeling something must be wrong (with them, their child, their
homeopath).
This is an excellent question and indeed there is much confusion
about this. First of all, there are no simple cures ever for a state where
simply a genetic change needs to be happening. That homeopathy can achieve
this is already a miracle by itself and no other modality comes even close.
As I have seen everywhere in the world, it is the lack of knowledge of good
management that creates problems and lack of results in most homeopathic
cases. One might write a whole book about one cured case but that does not
reflect the whole practice of the homeopath. Obviously he has no interest
in writing a book about his failures.
What can we really expect? Parents ask me the question too: How long will
it take to cure my child? The answer to such question cannot be expressed
in any time length because there is no one out in this world who has the
crystal ball in front of him and each child is different from the others.
That is not the real question to ask. A better approach from the
homeopath: he must see with his successive doses progress on all three
planes in a steady matter. It is like a car has to be set into movement
and only then do we get an idea of how fast can this car (case ) go, but
even then, as the child is not a dead object but a living subject, this
autistic child is just as sensitive and responsive to anything that affects
other children and adults. If anything I feel they can sense adversity for
instance between parents even more. The mothers of these challenged
children are my heroes: they fight incompetent doctors and homeopaths, the
school system, and yes often family members and sometimes husbands. Only
mothers can do so. The 5th and 6th edition homeopath, if he possesses a
good knowledge of management, must see after each dose progress of the
case...subtle at first...better spirits, better sleep, better
disposition...(A253) and then improvement in the intensity and recurrence
of the expressions. The child evolving to a normal child and it is
important to realize that a "normal" child is never perfect. If anyone
tells you they cured such challenged child (and frankly any chronic case,
adult or child) in an easy and quick manner I call them a liar. In fact, I
suspect they simply suppressed the case and someone more competent later
must deal with the consequences. I invite the parents to read careful the
lessons I wrote for the autistic group. It does explain what you need to
see after the first doses. Understanding this process is very important so
that the mother can concentrate on real good observation to help the
homeopath...to learn patience and get info from every side. Sometimes the
mother tells me that the child was not behaving well and we thought that we
need to redose the child until we find out from the teacher that the child
is improving a lot in last week. So we need to get info from as many
sources as possible while we treat the child: not just from mom, but also
teachers, music teacher, speech teacher, psychologist, etc. The totality of
this info will give the homeopath the better answer to see how well the
case goes! And another note: most moms of challenged children are
understandably in an exhausted state. They need just as much our help as
the child because if mom is well, she can be even be more active and
objective in the healing process of her precious child!
