Sequence
Question: Dr. Luc: I found the following on a homeopathic doctor's website
and she seems to have great success with ASD children.practices classical
homoeopathy, as originally practiced by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, the founder of
Homoeopathy. In this approach the symptom picture is matched with symptom
records and a similimum or a remedy that most closely matches with the
presenting symptoms is chosen. According to the classical theory, once the
remedy starts working on the system, it will uncover the deeper layers of
the disease such that the symptom picture changes and a new symptom picture
can emerge that will necessitate a change in the remedy based on that
presentation. This process is continued till the point where normalcy or
significant well-being and quality of life is achieved. Is it true that even
after a simillimum has been found, the remedy needs to be changed multiple
times? Or can the simillimum itself can lead to the cure. Sorry I am
confused and am a newbie to this. Thanks in advance!
Answer: You always must have more explanations with such statements.
Obviously there can be only one simillimum at one given time. And it is
always chosen on the presenting symptoms of the patient. Lets say you start
with a Bar-c case which is the deeper state of Calc-c, the one hopes through
successful repetition with the right dose and potency to move the child
forwards to Calc-c as this is his better state and possiblehis true
constitution. This is only one possibility. Other layers can have formedin
his life (much depends on how old the child is coming to you) and the
formation of a new layer can be realized if the trauma ortrigger is strong
enough while the VF is affected and NEW symptoms (=new layer) is formed.
There are even more scenarios tothis obviously but toomuch to bring up in
this forum but interesting to discuss. Some children clearly only have one
layer and the one simillimum leads totheir constitutional remedy which is
basically a reflection of their health and only one step was necessary
tobring them tohealth
