Fertility drugs

Question: Dear Dr. Luc - In instances where woman are waiting until later in life to have children, and they need assitance via fertility treatments, can such treatments along with the emotional factor trigger dormant miasms to come to the surface and ultimately transfer to the unborn child? If so, in this instance, is there a greater probability that the child will be challenged and/or a special needs child? Thank you for your contributions to helping parents of children with special needs.

Answer: This is an excellent question and it has different aspects to it. First of all it is the hormonal drugging which stimulates the sycotic miasm in the first place. Sycosis always puts speed behind any possible pathology or defect. Second, often this procedure is done on women of an older age, where we know from TCM that the ideal age of the woman to get pregnant is between 28 and 35. Any age above this would put the fetus at more risk. And third this procedure is also done in the case of repeated miscarriage with repeated grief about such losses. This leads to a nervous anxiety state of the now pregnant woman who can be in a hyper vigilant state of anticipation anxiety for the whole duration of the pregnancy. We call it ailments from cares and worries and anticipation anxiety, and such intensity and duration of this emotion certainly carries over to the unborn fetus. As one can see these are not ideal circumstances to be pregnant.
