Nosode actions

Question: Dr. Luc, My question is about judging the reaction to a nosode.
Once a nosode has been carefully selected to move a case forward and dosed
(test dose of 2 drops for example in 4 oz. of water as the dilution cup,
with 2 drops administered as the dose), how long do you wait to see a
reaction? If several days go by and there is no noticeable reaction either
positively or an aggravation to the nosode, do you redose at a higher level
(for example 1 tsp. in 4 oz. dilution cup, taking 1 teaspoon as the dose)
and wait to see any positive reaction? What happens if during this waiting
period, an acute condition arises and the patient would benefit greatly
from another remedy - is it still ok to treat the acute with an intercurrent
remedy or will this disturb the action of the nosode? After the acute
passing, do you then need to repeat the nosode dosing? Thank you for your
wisdom and your helpful blogs that enlighten and guide so many of us in your
advanced dosing methods!

Answer: Indeed several good questions. Most of the time we hope to see a
reaction to the dose of the nosode. For instance, I just saw good reaction
to Tuberculinum with no bedwetting anymore, no snoring, no sleep
apnoe. When seeing such reaction I expect it to run for at least 4-5
days...Of course the patient is the ultimate judge! As nosode is working I
always look for the indicated remedy as the Vital Force liberated from the
infected soil might either show signs of amelioration like in this case,
where the patient is much better in his previous presenting symptoms, or
will throw up more symptoms indicating the simillimum.If no specific
remedy is seen, one will again possible repeat the nosode with changed
potency (at least one succussion). Certainly as said before, nosodes have
to be used carefully..their reactions are deep (on the miasmatic root level)
and the Vital Force needs to have time to work with it So a too fast
repetition (like daily) is absolutely to be avoided. If an acute shows up
during the action of this remedy one needs to be sure if this is a true
acute. Again this is quite possible...by being more relieved from the
miasmatic poison, the hypervigilant state of the VF can be reduced,
resulting in an acute illness. If indeed this is a true acute and not an
expression of the chronic miasm, the indicated acute remedy should be
administered. After the acute event is over, it is always necessary to see
if the chronic picture has not changed. Either for the indicated chronic
remedy or the nosode.
I want to take the opportunity to give thanks today to all the wonderful

always overjoyed if I see amelioration, knowing that the precious child has
