Milestones and ASD

Question: Dear Dr Luc, I will always appreciate and thank you for helping
my child when you were active in practice and also teaching me my Dad
homeopathy. We were regular visitors to ER before starting homeopathy and
haven't visted one for last 3
years. My 6 year old son who is in Autism spectrum, has made great progess
since we started homeopathy 3 years ago. However I am always confused
whether homeopathy alone can cure. What I mean is that human development
is a sequential thing. e.g., at 3 months the child starts smiling, at one
year child start walking and at 3 years child starts talking really well.
I believe it is not an alarm clock that in each human sets the stage for
next development, rather for each level of development , certain reflexes
need to be in place and well integrated. Some reflexes and reactions are
genetically programmed and some are developed when child spontaneously
does activities like crawling , playing, climbing, rolling etc. These
reflexes and reactions support the development and strengthing of neuronal
network, myelination, brain maturation and development of body-brain
system coordination. However in our kids, they somehow missed all or some
of the above due to sickness/vaccines/nervous damage etc, thereby either
not developing/integrating certain reflexes or the reflexes are malformed.
And that is why the next stage of development either does not happen or
happens hit and miss, and so different milestones are at different age
levels for the same child. Homeopathy does fix the
neurological/Physical/mental/emotional damage, but how can homeopathy
reintegrate these missed/malformed reflexes that develop in typical
children as a result of thousands of hours of play, mostly within the
first year of life. We have tried a reflex integration technique called
Masgutova Method, and that has increased the pace of my son's improvements
many fold. I believe without homeopathy , Masgutova Method would not have
worked either, however homeopathy alone would not have done the magical
developmental leaps we saw in our son. What are your thoughts on that?

Dear friend Mohinder

You pose an excellent question. There is no doubt that besides homeopathy
other methods can heal. The key factor is as long as the method works with
the Vital Force or Qi of the patient rather than suppressing it. Working
with Nature not against it, is the only key to success. The programming of
children or the formation of brain patterns and reflexes as well as
hearing start as soon as life starts in the womb. Epigenetics ("Beyons
genetics) has rightfully found that this genetic process is not static but
that many factors (emotions included) can switch off or on genes therefore
indeed stopping at some point the developmeent of the individuation
process of the child as well as the normal neurlogical development. When
we talk about environmental factors influencing this process, one needs to
keep in mind external environmental factors (vaccinations, drugs, poisons,
climate factors, pesticides, etc) and internal environmental triggers such
as emotions, especially during pregnancy and as stated in scientific
papers, especially the first 24 days of the fetus' intrauterine life.
Traditional Chinese Medicine and Homeopathy have already mentioned in
great detail all possible triggers no matter what the name of the disease
is. But we may not forget that these triggers must fall on the right soil
in order to create the disorder (what we cal miasms or the genetic theory
of allopathy) Both cannot be separated as they form one unit. Any method
that is able to stimulate rather than suppress the Qi or Vital force is
therefore a good method and often I see methods that are successful that
are doing unconscious homeopathy, hence their suces. Wish you al the best
