Question: My son is taking Ruta 6c and CalPhos 3x (since, from what I read it increases absorption of Ruta) and I'm wondering if Ruta will maintain its efficacy if I take them both at the same time. Is this alright or do I have to take them at different times to get the maximum effects from the Ruta? Thank you. - Jason
Answer: You don't tell us for what reason your son is taking Ruta in what I would call a chronic dose for sensitive people. Calc-p 3x is a very low potency, lower than the cell salts. I can see no particular reason why these two go together to increase their efficacy but I wonder why such low potency for Ruta, a remedy usually for a trauma deeper than Arnica
