Adjustment dose

Question: I am taking a remedy in water a 30c. It seems I'm having small
aggravations. There is improvement after the aggravation, but it seems the
transition could be smoother. Do you suggest I go to a lower potency? If
so, what potency? Is it okay to go from higher to lower potency?

Answer: Better way of adjusting is either taking less amount (drops
instead of tsp), put dose in 6 oz cup instead of 4 oz cup, bring dose in
second cup, and do one succussion only So you have many ways of adjusting
and you need to find out what is best for you A Similar aggravation of
less than 1/2 day is acceptable and no adjustment is then needed
