I have been advised to post this question for you to respond. I am in a pickle. I referred a friend to a homeopath who I heard was practicing Hahnemannian homeopathy, who I also briefly touched base with before giving my friend her name. My friend has a daughter with some special needs and my friend is at the end of her rope with behavior problems, etc. My friend contacted me to let me know the homeopath prescribed the remedy with the following instructions:
Rx LM4 - put 2-3 drops in 1/8 cup water and DRINK ALL, 1x/day for 2 weeks succussing 5x before each dose. If no aggravations after 2 weeks, then increase to 2x/day and follow up in 5 weeks!!
I am very concerned about this for several reasons, as you can guess!Of course I feel sick about this because I found the homeopath for her! I did discuss my concerns with her, she wrote them down and called the
homeopath who did not seem offended but explained her reasoning. Please

You are rightfully concerned as such approach is dangerous and certainly does not follow good principles. Bombarding the VF (Vital Force) with such amount of remedy and this frequently will result in a worse disease as symptoms of the remedy will be added to symptoms of the natural disease (ASD). It makes it much harder for Homeopathy to overcome such created complex disease as we call it...This is NOT homeopathy as it should be done...Even when the remedy is right I refer the reader to A275 and 276 in the Organon where Hahnemann tells us about the trouble of giving too large a dose (and too frequent) especially of the right remedy (worse than the wrong one) He tells us that often curable diseases can be made incurable! Look for another homeopath!
