Question:
2nd follow-up to Water in Ears:

Generally, once you start treatment, how long would it take to clear up
head congestion & water in the ears? Is it months? Weeks?

Answer:
Water in the ears and head congestion is most of the time not an acute
situation (although it can like we have now the occurrence of such symptoms
in the present flu of this year)but rather a chronic condition. And like any
chronic condition, that will depend on the individual patient. Some cases
go back to intra uterine events, some to later events (and I mean emotional
rather than physical traumas). It is the homeopath's task to eradicate the
roots of the disease so the weeds (the congestion) can go away. And
suppressive treatments like antibiotics, nose sprays only bring more trouble
to the area. So to answer your question, in chronic cases one only can
have an idea about the length of treatment once it is started and we see the
reaction to it. Like any chronic condition, such cure goes slow because
that's how the chronic condition was created in the first place. Anything
else would be suppression!

PS The flu remedy for this year:

Prevention: Take Arsenicum album 30C , put
in 4b oz of water two pellets, dissolve and give a tsp to everyone in family
once a week

Once you get this flu: First stage: sore throat, nose running, fatigue: Arsenicum

Second stage: mucus in sinuses,painful obstruction responding to Pulsatilla
Third stage; dry cough from upper part of Lungs: responds to Bryonia 30C
