Management

Question: Dr. Luc's I have a very well known homeopathic doctor that treats Autistic kids. I have been reading a lot of your books and articles and I have a concern about the remedy that he sent to my son. He sent to him Bufo 12x 1 pellet per day in water. It is OK the same potency for long time (6 weeks). Can this cause any reversion or aggravation in his process? Because I am planning to visit you in April can I continue with this homeopatic meanwhile? How long before introduce a new remedy should the old one be stopped? My son will be 5 years old in June, Do you think it is too late for homeopathy to help him totally recover? I have been trying many things and you are my best hope trial. I hope that GOD guide your knowledge to help him. GOD BLESS YOU, Beatriz Kouracles.

Answer: Dear Beatriz, Repetition of a remedy in same dose as you quoted is indeed not correct...it is very much taught by Hahnemann (and easily to understand) that the potency of each next dose MUST be changed, otherwise the danger exists that accessory symptoms of the remedy will be added to the natural symptoms of the patient, making it a more complex disease. This will be even more the case if the remedy is wrong. I wish all homeopaths would read and apply what the Organon says, it would be so much better for everyone involved. would stop the remedy of course. Do not be afraid: this is certainly not too late at all for your precious child to be helped. Most of these children coming to me are that age or older. All I can say, that I always will as I do for everyone is work very hard for the welfare of your child and never give up. We do have guidelines that tell us when we are on the right path. Read my lessons on this Blog for parents. It is always my goal to educate the parent as much as possible because without mothers of these precious children, I could not do anything. But I know how dedicated these parents are and I rejoice everyday when we see a child make steps forwards and keeps it. Every child is different...really much different...and that's why only a personal individual approach and no protocol, whatever name it carries, will cure!

Never give up on this child!

Warm regards
